No where on the product does it says where it's made. I do not have the box anymore, to look there.

No batteries or charging needed. It is hearing protection from loud noises like in shooting ranges,lawn mower and edger.

do they work good for not hearing snoring or tv sounds

I'm not sure about snoring or tv sounds. I wear them to ignore my next door neighbor when I'm outside, and they do a good job blocking her out. She has to yell to get my attention.
