Really well thought out
I was looking for a way to ditch the gym and workout at home. I did buy some weights instead of using household items. Great advice and looking on ways to stay on track. one thing though, the links no longer work.

I'll admit, the author attempted to deliver a very complete book on the topic but somehow came across as being a real novice in the process concerning the topic that she was talking about. About half ways into the text, she talks about how doing these workouts can get real boring then introduces some sort of hula hoop thing to jazz things up. Then you get a picture of this person who she's giving credit to who does these hula hoop classes whose fairly overweight herself . . . hardly the picture of health. After awhile, the workouts came across being real boring and even dangerous in particular when she mentions about filling coffee cans full of sand which I could easily picture slipping out of your hand and either hitting the floor with a real sandy mess or impaling you but good. The greatest motivation that I had after reading the book was to look elsewhere to find something that had more real substance.

Book is straightforward. The only problem is the download of the video. You should know by heart the password and user name that youcannot change. If only can be downloaded without any use of a username and password.
