This heated eye mask has helped me a lot with my dry eyes. I have very pronounced dark circles under my eyes and they improve noticeable when I use the eye mask. The fabric is soft to the touch and it feels confortable over you eyes. So far very satisfied with my purchase.

Eye mask came in a nice satin pouch. Was well packaged. I tried it first thing upon arrival. It heats up quickly. It has 3 settings. I found the highest setting to be nice and comfortable. My son, on the other hand, said that it's not hot enough. He uses the Bruder Eye Compress and prefers that.

This does work for dry eyes. . Also very relaxing.

I order the Mutilplx Heated Eye Mask to help with severe dry eyes. The Mutilplx Heated Eye Mask I ordered heated up fast and was comfortable and adjustable. It almost came as advertised. The 1 issue I had with it was that the eye mask timer did not work. If I set the timer for a 15 minute therapy session it may stay on for 2 to 5 minutes if that long before it randomly cut itself off. Sometimes when it powers off I would have to unplug it and plug it in again before it would power back on. I contacted Amazon through their return process and I requested a replacement because I really liked the comfort and adjustability and the fact that it heated up quickly. My new mask arrived a day or 2 later but to my surprise, it was not a new mask. The package was sealed but the Eye mask in the box was not packaged like the 1st one I ordered and when I looked closer at the mask, there was someone's hairs on it, several of them. I have no words to express how disappointed and disgusted I am. I requested a refund through the Amazon return process

My ophthalmologist recommended I buy a heated mask for dry eyes so I went with this after extensive research. So far so good! The cord that comes with it is long and thin so it doesn’t get in the way, and the eye mask is really comfortable. The heat is really nice and adjustable which is great!

Great product. Use them several times a week. Can't say enough about how well they work.
