Knock out the needle in the direction indicated by the arrow on the inside of the watch band. Take the center link down to match your wrist. In the end pull the needle in.

Pull the crown once, rotate the crown to change the date. Pull the crown twice, rotate the crown to change the time.

Its length is about 27cm, its effective length is about 18-24cm.
