We got these spider web shooters for our little grandson, who is Spider Man mad, and they’re an instant hit. It’s a great little toy – it comes with a glove, five sponge darts, ten sponge darts with a suction cup on the end, a holder for the bullets, the launcher, and a couple of elastics to attach the launcher to the wrist. It’s quite quick and easy to put it together, although younger children might need a little help or guidance to begin with. The suction cup bullets can stick to glass or shiny surfaces and the sponge bullets can be fired anywhere. Prime the launcher by pulling back the ‘firing pin’ (not sure what to call it), put one bullet in the other end of the launcher, and press the trigger. It’s easy and fun to play with, especially for your little superhero in the house.

Broke on first try

This set of spider web shooters were complicated to set up.All parts were separate and needed to be built to make them.There are no instructions to help.There were various pieces of elastic that were poorly made.After alot of fiddling I got them built.Bullets are made of thick foam which were ok.They were fiddly to shoot and not very good.Glove fingers are sewn uneven.Not impressed with this set.

My nephew is over the moon with this toy and it works brilliantly! It’s really easy to set up and use and the build quality is great because it’s strong, sturdy and durable so it’ll last and withstand a lot of playing with. I think the size is really good and I like the design and style of it. We’ve not had any issues with it and it’s very giftable so I do recommend it. I think the value for money is excellent and it’s well worth getting!

We already had one of these 'wrist weapons of minor destruction' but it felt a little unnerving watching my son's attempts to be Spiderman - cavorting over the sofas, crawling around on all fours, and shouting Spiderman's famous catchphrase "Beep beep! It's Spiderman"! This was mostly distasteful because the real-life Spiderman (John from down the road), has a Web Shooter on both wrists, while my son only had one. Unacceptable, as you will agree.This one is a little different from our first, but it does a similar job. Simply stick it on, attach it securely, and with a little tug you will expel a foamy spurt. The darts are plentiful, but you can use any other variety which you may have around your household. It's a lot of fun for the kids, but be sure to wear goggles or hide in another room till the kids have tired themselves out.

The bullets it comes with while advertised as working don’t actually shoot. Very saddening

Die Shooter kommen in einer Papp-Box.Darin sind die beiden Shooter, 2 Packungen Pfeile (siehe Foto), nochmal lose Pfeile, 4 Gummibänder, 2 Pfeil-Halterungen.Eine Anleitung war nicht dabei.Es lässt sich im Wesentlichen intuitiv bedienen. Der Auslöser steht weit aus dem Shooter heraus. An der entgegengesetzten Seite kann man aufziehen und dann mit Zug am Auslöser schießen.Das Aufziehen benötigt aber schon ordentlich Kraft. So viel, dass es nicht mehr wirklich gut geht, wenn der Shooter mit den Gummibändern an einem Kinderarm hängt. Man muss dann den Auslöser festhalten, damit man aufziehen kann. Auch löst es nicht leicht aus. Man muss ganz schön ziehen. Je nach Stärke des Kindes und je nachdem, wie fest man den Shooter am Arm befestigt schießt er von schlecht bis gar nicht. Vor allem auch weil die Befestigung mittels Gummibändern nicht optimal ist, da sich diese beim Auslösen dehnen. Hier wäre eine schließbare Befestigung sinnvoll gewesen - nicht eine elastische.Auch ist die Reichweite nicht so toll.Im Ergebnis vergebe ich hier noch knapp 3 Sterne.
