A great set!
This was really easy to set up and comes with a very nice selection of attachments. I hung mine from one of the joists in my garage in just minutes and I had it loaded with weights and exercising just as quickly. All of the attachments give you a bunch of options for exercises as well, with the rope pull being one of my faves. My only complaint is that I wish the lift cable was longer. Because I have my pulley hanging from a joist in my garage, if I try to set the weights down on the floor, the pull attachment I am using would jam all the way up in the pulley. To fix this, I have a overturned bucket that holds the weights so that the bar doesn't hurt the pulley. Another foot or two of cable would have been nicer, however.Despite that small issue, this is a fantastic set and will get you working on your upper body right away.

Yes! - GOOD quality, SMOOTH movement, Sturdy!
Well worth the money. Was surprised at how closely it mimics the fitness club equipment smoothness and sturdiness! Says it’s rated for up to 330 lbs., too. - Definitely recommend this addition to a home gym for a bit more exercise variety!

Works very well
I had built something like this back in the 1980's using parts from the local hardware store. This cost me approx. $25 then. The Sertt unit costs $48 today and is much smoother. It allows for a number of cable exercises to be performed and the pully is very smooth. I am extremely impressed and highly recommend this product.

Really brings the gym experience home!
I've always wanted to have one of these cable machines set up at my home gym. Then I saw a buddy with one and it was fantastic! So, I had to pick this up. He had his installed on a Power Rack, which worked fantastic. I've got mine setup on a pull-up and dip bar station and that works just as good too. Since it's just pulling the weight straight down from the bar like someone light weight doing pullups really.Smooth as butter cable and pully action and setting it up takes no time whatsoever. With some good instructions too. Which is nice cause setting it up the lower pulley action for curls and upright rows takes a visual reference to get that one dialed in. And this is the perfect all in one kit. With 3 handles to boot. Straight bar, rope and a single arm grip. All pretty darn nice ones overall. And one could always add in more handles too down the line. I've probably got about 5 other styles I've collection over the years and they all fit on, just like any cable machine at the gym.The other great thing is having the choice for Olympic sized plates or the thinner home gym ones. Since I've got a bunch of those concrete and plastic ones lying around. They are perfect for this unit. About the only downfall with those weights is you can only fit so many on there because of their size. But it's generally enough I'd say.Tricep Presses and straight arm pulldowns are really the king for this unit. For the home setup, single arm pulldowns are definitely the way to go over two hand. One, cause you might not be able to fit enough weight on the unit and two, cause there's nothing to hold you down like at the gym. Unless you recruit a strong friend. Ha ha. Then you flip the pulley down and you got some nice cable curls and rows too. Easy enough transition. Though in the long run I'd say it would just be nice to have two of these kits so you always have access to both high and low on the fly.But yeah, this is a great addition to the home gym. Solid all around and adds all kinds of variety to go with the calisthenics and band exercises. Good times!

Convenient and easy to put together
This pulley system is easy to put together. Comes with everything you need to get started. Instructions are easy to follow. It does NOT include weights. You will need to purchase weight separately. One thing that I wish you could do is adjust the length of the rope or if it came with an assortment of different size length of rope. Depending on your height or the type of workout you are doing, the one rope that is provided may be too long.
