This tiny headset arrived in good time and condition. It was very easy to set up. In common with a lot of blue tooth items these days, it was only seconds from switch on until reay to use. Incoming voice is clear, as is outgoing voice. The only criticism is the voice that informs the user of the state of the device. In this case, it sounds like a lazy, slightly bbored American. Other than that, a nice comfortable and easy to use device.

I've been trying to find an ear piece that doesn't look big on my ear like an hearing aid so I found this and the fact it pair both my work phone and Mobile at same time is fantastic and the bonus is the fact you can listen to music and watch movies with it on its fantastic

Earpiece works really well. Connects easily and the sound is better than some I've paid three times this amount for so would highly recommend. The only downsides me is the irritating voice when you turn it on and off...I laughed at first but now don't listen until its all set up. Good earpiece for the money.

It connected well enough, maybe I received a dud?.... But the sound was like robots with 1980s computer loading in the background.
