I have been using Lacidoll humidifier’s for the last 4 years. I have asthma and need one when I sleep to enable me to breathe better. I have been using an assortment of humidifier’s over the last 15 years. The Lacidoll is far superior to other brands. It is easy to use and easy to clean. Tech support is amazing. Ryan assisted me when I had a small issue after cleaning the humidifier. I highly recommend Lacidoll to anyone needing a humidifier.

This humidifier works well, has a variety of options, and makes virtually no noise. It was able to help humidify a large room due to its large capacity for water. It also has an auto shut off if it runs out of water.

Recently bought 2 of these. They are exactly what we needed. I had an issue with one of them and contacted customer service. They were so quick to respond and are sending a new unit out immediately! Hard to find great customer service these days but they really took care of me!

This is a really good humidifier. I like the fact that I don't have to fill it as often. The only problem was just recently it stopped working because the power completely died on it. I emailed the company and they were very nice and cooperative and are sending me a replacement. They also added an extra 6 months to the warranty since it's the end of the season and the replacement won't be used much before next season. I gave it 4 stars because of the electrical malfunction after only using for a month or so. When I get the new one and see how it does I will update my review.

Love this humidifier for my reptiles! I had it less than a month and unfortunately the pump failed. I contacted the company and they exceeded my expectations from response time to diagnosis and even sent a replacement super fast. Great company and great product!!!

The media could not be loaded. I live in a dessert area so I was looking for a large-capacity humidifier that allows top-filling, and this one was a perfect match.About four months after the purchase, it suddenly started making a beep noise and stopped working, with a red light flashing. I immediately contacted customer service and received a prompt reply—they sent me a replacement part right away. However, the issue wasn't resolved with the part, so I contacted them again. This time, they quickly responded and offered to replace the entire unit.The customer service was very fast and helpful, and I really appreciated their support. I'm now looking forward to receiving the new unit.

Excellent quality. Working 24/7 in my greenhouse. Very happy with it's performance.

It's quiet, and it humidifies... but it's not increasing the humidity very quickly. I live in the desert, about 20% humidity normally, and inside my 1700 sq ft house is slowly coming up in humidity, flirting with 30% after about 24 hours. I honestly thought it'd be faster. I might need another one.
