Keeping frozen items cold
Packaging is good f. Be sure to use freeze packs & items will remain cold for @least 3 -4 days. I'll suggest overnighting any food items.My first usage was ground shipmentFrom Lamarque ,Tx to suncity,fl my second usage was overnight to Seattle, WA items arrived still frozen by overnighting .Overall the freeze packs are good.

Package size misleading
These boxes are really small for shipping and needed to be put in another bigger box so that all three would fit
