Beautiful and great quality product.

This board was beautiful for exactly 4 months ! Then after normal use ( I only cut veggies on it) it completely cracked . As the pics show the board is made from pieces of wood glued together which is understandable for the price but I would have expected it to last more than four months before becoming unusable. The board was well cared for and being wiped down only with a damp towel. ** Updates! Customer service from Balbilonia reached out to me at great effort and sent me a beautiful replacement board. A+ customer service !

I would give it 5 stars but mine arrived with a decent size crack in it which is concerning for mold and bacteria buildup. Otherwise, it works great and looks amazing! Great value for the money as well.

Awesome product that is built to last. They have truly thought of everything to include with this kit to make it your go-to choice for a chopping block, absolutely love it.

The cutting board has two big cracks in it, and we’ve only used it twice. We’ve taken really great care of it, oiled it and everything. We haven’t dropped it or anything.

Thankfully some companies still read reviews. As I had previously mentioned, I purchased a board and it came a bit banged up and I had to return it. Not that long afterwards I received an email through Amazon from the customer service at Babilonia. She was very concerned about the product being shipped like that and wanted to make it right. She offered me a new cutting board and a new bamboo one to try as well. They were very concerned about my feedback and asked me what I felt could make their product better. Quite frankly, this level of concern and professionalism from customer service is extremely rare these days. The new boards were sent out promptly and they are beautiful. I also received an email from some senior people thanking me for my input and giving them the opportunity to try with a new board. Again unprecedented in today’s marketplace. I am very much enjoying the new boards and will purchase another once they come out with some new ones shortly. The price point is also excellent compared to similar products.
