original order and replacement were defective
Quality control of this item apparently is non existent

Not the best quality parts used in putting this item together
The product works but it seems that the switches are very fragile and break quite often. It would be helpful to be able to order the switches to keep in stock as I've already used the ones sent previously when the product was installed and didn't work. Now I have additional switches have have stopped functioning.

The 220 anp circuit breaker failed and I need to try to find a replacement
Emergency power outage in SE Alabama. I use it to keep lights on and heat\AC on if power goes out. I need to find a replacement circuit breaker for 220. It burned out and I didn’t even used it. When it went out nothing was plugged into it.

Not so good so far
Recieved the transfer switch and wired in. 1 circuit switch does not work and none of the circuit light up as they should. Also the meters are not working. Ordered a replacement and will be here in a week. Will have to see how it works.

Very poor quality rocker switch
You need to be a good electrician to figure the issue of this rocker switch. Not for DIY at all. Not recommended. Stay away
