it's the only adhesive remover I use. I did reuse my old scraper cap.

I should have taken a Before photo...but I washed a new t-shirt with an unseen sticker. It seemed ruined and I couldn't imagine what would be strong enough to take the sticker adhesive off without ruining the shirt. I read about this product on a blog and decided to give it a try. It worked!! 30 seconds with the product soaking in the shirt. Then about 5 minutes of scraping. The only disappointing part was that the orange scraper tool (pictured in product description) was not included. I gently used a plastic knife instead. Next I handwashed the shirt and then washed it in the washer 2 more times. The adhesive remover scent is fading, but not all the way gone yet. Will probably need a couple more washings, but the adhesive is totally gone and the blue of the shirt is not faded at all!

I have a large patch of adhesive on an outside window sill and around my bathroom window. This did not completely remove it on first try, but I am going to give it a second try with a scraper. On milder adhesive I could see this working pretty good though .

OK lets be real. GooGone doesn’t work. This stuff does. It takes off the residue without softening the paint. I had some tape residue that nothing would touch. A little of this and its gone.

Tried on clear packaging tape gummy adhesion left after tape was removed and it did not work at all. Tried another remover and it worked very well. Would not buy again.

Had a two-foot-long piece of Gorilla tape that had been used to block light for about 10 years, fall on my carpet while I was gone for a month. When I returned and removed the tape there was a lot of residue stuck to the carpet. I tried a number of different remedies including acetone; all to no avail. Figured if anyone would know how to remove tape residue it would be a company that manufactures the tape. I was right. It removed the residue with minimal effort without damaging the carpet. I am a happy camper.

I've used Duct Adhesive Remover for many, many years. It works. However, when I (re)ordered this time, I specifically chose the version with the scraper on the cap. The product I received is the non-scraper version that I could have paid less money for. Because of the false/incorrect advertising on this version of the product ("Includes built-in scraping tool"), I'm marking down the product 3 stars and thus only giving it 2 stars. I hate to do it, but there needs to be some accountability. I also won't go through the hassle to return and re-order, it's not worth the effort. I just wish I'd have kept the cap from my old bottle!
