Cheap and not silent
They come in pieces and have to be put together. Ordered 2. One came with incorrect pieces so it is unusable. And they most certainly are not “silent”

Wow!
When I first opened this I did not have high hopes......BUT.....it works great! Very smooth and quiet, the mouse loves it

My mice love it. Sometimes three at once. Very interesting to watch.
The media could not be loaded. My 3 mice would usually sleep all the time. Guess they were bored. So when I got this wheel, they seem to love running a lot. I does make a little noise, but not much. They were wild house mice that I decided to try to make into pets. It went together in about 2 minutes and the mice learned how to use it in about 5 minutes. The cental hub did pull apart after hours of use, so I pushed it back together and taped it so it can't pull out again. After adding a drop of oil to both sides, it is smoother spinning and silent.

Too small
Too small for most mice, no instructions to put together

Can't even assemble
Came in pieces and I cannot even get it together. Definitely doesn't even look like the pictures, the pictures show a circle hole in the outside so the mice would always have a place to get in the wheel, there is no hole. So I suspect even if I can get it together somehow, my mice won't use it, even being as cheap as it was, still absolutely not worth the money.

You put this together yourself
I never really read any details just ordered it. It’s a cheap plastic that you assemble with no instructions. It took me probably a good 15-20 minutes to get the plastic running part in the circle ⭕️ wheels. It’s about what you pay for I suppose.

Hamster wheel
This is the 3rd wheel I've bought for my mice. They absolutely love it. I have 14 ATM so I ordered another one for them as they tend to fight over it. It is quiet, easy to assemble, and fits perfectly into a10 gallon aquarium. Perfect size for the mice to get their exersize and whole they are nocturnal, it doesn't squeak or shift so they do not wake me up. Definitely recommend 10/10 would but again and again.

Hamster/Mouse wheel arrived broken.
Item arrived broken. This is for a mouse in a cage. There are 2 pictures of the broken areas. This is not allowing me to send them both. It is broken where the mouse runs on it. How do I submit the other picture?
