very easy to use

As a smart lock it works perfectly fine all the functions are working smoothly... but I'm having a hard time with maintaining connections live with my home wifi the lock keeps disconnecting from time to time it's a very big deal the lock still does it's job while offline but I miss the notifications of the lock to know when or who used it (by the way just to clarify things hear the lock is fixed on an outdoor door which is around 25 meter away from the wifi access point still there is zero obstacles between them and I have a garage door wifi controller which works perfectly without any problems) so I guess the wifi receiver in this lock is poor quality

The battery runs out quickly. I have to swap out the batteries every two to three days. This is not a trustworthy item. Touch screens don't always work. I would advise looking for a better product with a longer-lasting battery.

The product overall is fine , but they claim it’s wifi connected without gateway. I couldn’t connect it i tried deferent wifi router with 2.4Ghz it’s not showing any network. I don’t recommend it if you want to connect to wifi. And the product don’t have a company or documentation online and no support either, it’s hard to find any solution online.

However lock pad is slow.

I have been using this lock more than 6 months and I found it to be great and practical. All the functionalities listed in this lock are working fine. Most importantly no need to get extra internet gateway to utilize and control the lock remotely using internet as it has a built in gateway.
