This is horrible...I sent the first one back because it stopped working, I opted for another one instead of my money back and the second one worked for 2 weeks and now, nothing...you have to keep pressing the on button to get it to work. It leaks and when the liquid does come it pours out, you can not adjust the amount. I am the only person to use this bathroom, 3 kids and they are small and use another bathroom.So it never fell. Just not what I was looking for...horrible product. Sending back for a refund.Update: Don't waste your time or your money! JUNK! I waited to late to return this piece of junk!

This is a really cute automatic hand sanitizer. At first I was not sure if it would actually work as a lot of places with automatic hand soaps seem to have a delay but this one doesn’t. Its really small so it’s perfect to have in the kitchen. My guests are very surprised on the accuracy of how quick it is to get soap when placing your hand below it. However the cons of this is the price point. It is pretty high for a soap dispenser as you can get some from anywhere for cheaper. Overall it is a great soap dispenser that matches my appliances

Won't stay on auto. It worked for a few weeks then after that it has to be turned on every single time to dispense.

It's less than 2 months since I started using it, and it won't work properly now. I would 1) give it no stars if I could, and 2) return it for the 90-day money back guarantee IF the package inclusion had an address. The soap delivery is very slow, really holds things up while cooking. About 3 weeks ago, it started turning itself off. So, to use it, we had to press the + button until it "woke up". Even more inconvenient - and much slower - than a pump soap dispenser.

When this soap dispenser worked, it was a good product. Just a little over using this for a month, it broke. (Right after the return time frame.) The company, MisCorp, has not responded to my emails for help or a replacement.I read other reviews and most people love or hate this item. I would not recommend that anyone take a chance on purchasing this item because it may or may not work.

The dispenser just keep dispensing liquid soap and didn't stop. Totally useless.

The best soap dispenser I could have ever had! I had been wanting an automatic soap dispenser for a long time. I generally have a lot of guests over and I like having a soap dispenser that people don’t have to touch. My guests have complimented this item too and we all agree that it is more hygenic than the regular hand washes. I like that it can just be kept on the countertop and doesn’t require any fitting. Definitely getting more for all the other bathrooms and kitchen countertop!
