VIA is finicky but there is an order to the operation. Google it as we found it there.
I love this keyboard. I wanted a NKRO keyboard but got so much more. I need a angled split for carpal tunnel and this is just enough that it works great. The keys are super cute and I wish I could find another set for my nephew. I ended up changing out the set and giving him these. Now I have an anime pudding cap combination with a bunny set, so I get the lights come through most of the keys which is fun.It took me a while to connected with the VIA key programming software as there is a trick, which I wish I could remember to put here. I try to find it and come back as that was super frustrating. I played and played with it, connecting and unconnected, loading and unloading the layout. Programming was frustrating! So I wanted a "DEL", delete key as that is one of my MOST used keys. Why they give you a page up and down and not a delete, beyond me. But after playing and reloading and plugging and unplugging, VIA just started working. Found out later, it is a certain order to the steps that get it to connect and you MUST do the steps in that order. It is on the internet (I think on discord) so just look if I don't come back to explain. I re-programmed my page up-down to Insert-DEL. The delete is on the wrong side of the keyboard but it is amazing how fast I have gotten use to it and while I do certain functions with the mouse, it is actually more convenient on the left. I thought about reprogramming the backslash/pipe key to the delete and maybe that would work better for some. I use that key not quite as much but figuring out where it was when I did need it would have been a bear. Also there is an extra B key, which the B on the right, I never use. Having decided if I'll use it for anything yet. As I never accidentally push it, could be a great key for something missing from the layout. I have a bunch of functions programmed so might someday switch one to the B-right.So My main issue is the empty space. This is works well as a small space keyboard as it gets rid of all the function row and makes you use the Fn (function) key to use the number row as your function buttons. It actually has 4 layers but I'm not sure how to access or use the 3rd and 4th layer at this time. I have had this for 5 months or so and don't have enough time to play more than I have. So this small form factor with 67 keys (I think they call it 66 because one key (the B) is repeated), which they decided to give you one CTRL (control key) and two ALT keys, L and R on the bottom row along with space keys under each thumb and a function key in the middle. Why they didn't put a key between the L-Alt and CTRL is beyond me as it would be so useful as a Windows or Apple's "Command" key. And they could have put another "extra" key in the white space between the "R-Alt" and the "left arrow" key which could have been a, rgt CTRL, a num lock, PrtSc (Print Screen), or whatever. But the space is wasted even though it is taking up space. Even two buttons would fit comfortably. So the wasted space and the lack of well documents VIA support, though there is a sequential order to the steps of plug in, load, etc... So once used it works great. I have reprogrammed the board 4 or 5 times now and added several keys and mods. I love the somewhat light touch of the switches that came with the board and silentish. Key and switch swaps are very easy I've tried several different keycaps and only two other sets of switches. I actually like the silent switch that came with it. I find them very easy on my typing speed. I actually increased in speed using this board so I am pretty happy. Nice mechanical keyboard. Great for the price. Mine was on sale for around $60.

Loved it!
Beautiful keyboard, very smooth, the sound is great. Giving only 4 stars because you cannot change the image if you have a mac. other than that, great purchase

First Alice @$44 is a bargain
Love the switches, don't really like the keycap crazy fonts, but they are decent quality.Make sure to download the firmware from CIDOO and use a standard browser that allows access, no blockers etc. I went from v105 to v100. Then VIA worked. One day in and sort of getting used to it, will buy a nice regular font keycap set. Hard to say no for $44 bucks. Its good value, other ABM660 are $60+ with no switches or caps. It also has a nice mid thocc sound to it. Would have liked alternative font options. Worth a buy.

Mediocre keyboard, interesting layout. Don't buy if you expect qmk/via support
Sort of a mediocre entry into a cheap alice layout. You're super limited in customizing this keyboard (and apparently all epomaker keyboards) as it doesn't use a true QMK/VIA integration. You cannot customize the function of the knob at all. It only controls volume. That's it. Doesn't matter what you swap it to it doesn't take.I bought this to try out the Alice layout. For that purpose it's pretty decent. The amount of work that went into trying to customize this though was really painful. If I didn't already know what I was looking for, and where to look for things I would have given up (and nearly did anyways)The caps that came with it seem OK, but I basically popped them off, took off the switches, and put on all my own stuff. The layout is interesting and comfortable, the screen is a neat gimmick. The back of the keyboard houses the 2.4ghz dongle underneath the foot which I thought was a nice touch since those things are easy to lose.

Amazing Alice Board for Amazing price
This board comes with amazing features for a bargain deal: Via configuration, Bluetooth, and wired support. The switches that came with the board are linear silent, which I don’t mind. If you do mind, the bare bones set is available and you can buy your own switches and key caps. This board sonically sounds great too!! I highly recommend this for programmers or anyone looking for an ergonomic board.

pretty good
It is nice and light and all the keys were working; could not get the image software to work but I don't care too much about changing the image on the screen. The switches feel heavier to press than what is advertised and that might just be because the spring is short. The switches sound like cardboard and are silent. I like them so I kept them but changed the springs to 37 g two stage springs and lubed the switches and they feel way better now.The keycaps that come with it are kind of annoying and hard to read so I swapped them out. Also another thing. I do not know if this is good or bad; but the switches are easy to come out of the plate. So is not hard to take out but if you are rough with keyboard they can come out easily.Overall I love it and had the opportunity to get it 50% off on a holiday and for that price it is definitely worth it.
