Awesome and fun
The media could not be loaded. I have been enjoying my Sentro knitting machine for a few weeks now.I have carpel tunnel and I've always wanted to knit, I just can't do it for any meaningful amount of time. This allows me to easily knit hats and scarves very quickly and without causing discomfort and pain. I've been able to use several threads of yarn at once with this machine as well. There's a few characteristics of it that are a bit frustrating, such as the row counter doesn't always work as it should and it can be a bit hard to turn the crank at times. Sometimes it's hard to turn because there is an issue with the yarn, but not always it's something I can see. Also I do want to address how hard it was to attach the suction cups to the base ( the struggle was real, I almost had to call for backup ) and the machine is very wobbly. It could be the surface I'm using it on, but it's too cozy where I'm at and it's no problem to just hold on.The downsides are not too bad, very easy to work around. If you want to make easy hats and scarves, this is for you. There's a small leaning curve, but after a few hats I got the hang of it.

Looooove it, worth it!
I rarely write reviews but I do love my Sentro machine. As long as you use it correctly, don't push down on it as you use crank it, take your time, and not "play around " (spin without yarn super fast). If you are holding/pressing down (add pressure) on the top as you spin/crank it or let it bounce around it will jam and drop stitches. I just got done making my daughter her school color beanie and it came out nice. I took my time. Last week I dropped stitches left and right because I didn't take my time, I put pressure on the machine to prevent it from bouncing. Big mistake. It is worth the time and money I spent. I recommend watching YouTube videos for does and don't and how to.

Perfect starter machine
I ordered this as my kids wanted to start making and selling hats to earn some money. I did some research and found this had good reviews. It is easy to use, but the instructions are terrible. We had to find some videos online in order to figure out how to use it, but there are a lot of great videos out there. It is a little tricky to get the hang of the right tension and types of yarn, but that is not the fault of the machine. It works great and put out a good product once we got the hang of it. My kids can whip out a hat in about 20 minutes, start to finish! The only thing that I don't like about this is the suction cups on the feet. They suction to the table but move around easily. You have to hang on to a leg while cranking it in order to rotate the arm. We are building a more sturdy base for it to overcome this issue and have considered purchasing the auto rotator thing that attaches to a drill. Overall we are very happy with this product and would recommend for anyone looking for such a machine!

Broken within an hour
The media could not be loaded. Within an hour of use, hand cranking #4 yarn at middle tension, the counter stopped working so I now have to manually count how many rows I have completed. You can see flakes of plastic coming out of the ring like it's grinding up inside and it's becoming harder to turn the crank. Guess you get what you pay for, sending this back and spending the extra for the addi machine.

I love it!!!!
I love it! There is some learning required; YouTube videos will be your friend. Some yarns are harder it work with then others but I was able to make four hats and five scarves in a week. Be patient and have fun!

Works well
I successfully made a hat using this machine. At one point while making my second hat the handle was hard to crank but it was because I did something wrong. I pulled out all the yarn I had cranked, and the handle was easy to crank again. I must have had yarn stuck somewhere. My daughter whom I bought this machine for, wrote this review.

Not the best
This machine is ok not the best but if your on a budget will work first off the suction cups don't work at all 2 outta 4 broke with in the first use second the counter stopped working after I pretty sure the first time using it I bought a external one and I recommend you mount it to something very sturdy as the legs are very flimsy and if you crank it to fast i when I say fast it's not what you think a snails pace would be faster you could slip a stitch

Easy to use
Got this for my daughter because she wanted it for her birthday, it is awesome. It is very easy to use and you tube videos are also helpful on learning how to use it and making things. Very fun and great on how fast you can make things with it.
