I liked the sound of that!Distract-O-Mat, she called it, hoping it would work.She put peanut butter on it, with a spoon, not a fork.She set it down and I was so excited,I licked and I licked, so glad I tried it.Just a little was left, when I was all done.A bit in cracks and crevices, but it had been fun!I was so happy and laid down for a nap."He's not licking!" my Human said with a clap.The mat went in the dishwasher and it washed well.My Human was glad and said, "This is swell!"I still lick sometimes, because that's just me,But when I'm excessively going, it's time for Distract-O-Mat, please!Now I've spent too long writing this review.I hope it was helpful and that you liked it, too!

great distraction, nail trimming, bath time or anytime for a good distraction. It sticks to some places better than others- ie walls and the tub, easily removable and very easy to move around near the grooming table as well. easy to clean and put away for the next use. Anytime my puppy sees this thing he knows it is treat time. The size works well for my medium sized puppy and would also work well for smaller dogs.

I used peanut butter on this product and used it to help ease the stress of nail trims. It worked like a charm and while my dog was focused on the peanut butter I was able to trim all nails in one sitting. I can also see this behind helpful for boredom or even during bath time. Great product.

I know it’s a doge lick, but it’s just too cute! It said it was food grade silicone (which is heat safe up to 450F, which is why this is dishwasher safe) so I got it as a trivet for my cordless hair curler. It’s so adorable! It just barely gets warm and all the grooves make heat dissipate well. It works so perfect for this.Suction Cups:These don’t stick to my walls because they’re stucco. They do stick on our 4” tile counter really well, even with the grout lines. The four suction cups on the bottom stick to my cabinets well. It’s not that hard to pull it off, though…this may be a problem for larger doge owners… I have it stuck to my medicine cabinet when I’m not using it…you know, were everyone’s fingerprints used to go :PQuality:It’s 7/16” thick. 7-3/4” tall and 4-1/2” at it’s widest point. It’s neatly made with no flash. Two of the suction cups are slightly raggedy at the edges.

I understand that my foster dogs can't tell this the most adorable lick mat, but they can tell that there is something good going on in the shower stall and somehow they lose the funky aromas when they get a tasty distraction! Magic for everyone involved.I like the varied channels that has lots of little nooks where yummy things are just out of reach, prolonging the smell and engagement. I have only met a few fosters not excited for their second bath after a lick mat session. This was easy to suction to my tile, stayed adhered, and easy to remove and throw in the dishwasher to clean. It seems thicker than my other lick mats, which ultimately means it will last longer. The ridge on the back of the mat ensures it's difficult for a dog to peel the mat off the wall.I think this is a nice mat for many reasons, including the cuteness factor.

This is an adorable looking, ice cream shaped lick mat for dogs that measures about 8" in length. This was smaller than I thought it would be, probably more ideal for small dogs but worked alright for my big pup. There are 5 suction cups on the back to help hold mat in place. I didn't put this on bathroom tiles but instead tried it on my tile floors. I would suggest wetting the suction cups a little to help them stick better on the surface. This mat did move around a little bit as my pup licked the peanut butter off but he's a bigger dog who loves peanut butter so may have been going a little crazy for the stuff! The grooves in the ice cream part are deep, so your dog may not be able to reach all the peanut butter or whatever spreadable treat you place on the mat but it helps to extend the time your pup will continue licking to try to get to the good stuff. There was still some peanut butter left in the grooves after use so be sure to clean thoroughly and remove out of reach of your pup or he/she may end up making it a chew toy, which you don't want!

My bulldog absolutely loves this lick mat. It's a good size and has lots of nooks and crannies for his yogurt to hide. Really, it's a whole experience for him. He not only gets a treat by licking the yogurt out of the crevices, but it allows him to be active, which is important at his age (he's 10).I like that there are suction cups on the back. This gives you the option to suction the lick mat to a wall, so you can bathe and groom your furry friend while they enjoy their treat.The quality is very good, too. Much nicer than I was expecting. This will likely hold up for a very long time.

Love this mat to help distract my dog. I usually put greek yogurt, peanut butter and sprinkle treats on top of it and then freeze it. Freezing it is a great way to get it to last longer so they don't eat it so fast and so it's ready whenever you need it. I've ordered these mats in the past and the one other ones did not feel of the same quality as this one does. It's very sturdy and keeps like it will last a while.
