There are a lot of features to like on this product! I have traveled 15-20 days a month for the last 30 years for work. I am also a germ freak who is extremely picky about what products I use. I bring my own pillow and blanket in my carry on for a 1 night trip. I have at least 15 travel blankets and 5 neck pillows, I have tried them all. This is fantastic because it has a bag which you put the blanket in to make a pillow...I don't think this would be considered an extra item when flying...it is your pillow, especially if you shove the strap inside-then it is just a pillow. That is a huge bonus when flying. The pillow would be good for window sleeping, but I don't think it would work well for "upright" sleeping. This blanket is so soft, I may keep it in my house and use it here instead! Excellent product with excellent features! Highly recommend! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

Nice blanket and bag!! came as advertised only problem is buckle wouldn't stay attached which was disappointing but other than that super cute nice travel size bag and warm comfortable blanket.

When you go on an airplane and you get a little cold, you might ask for a blanket. The airlines will give you a thin, microfiber type blanket that you can keep and use maybe once or twice more. This travel blanket comes with a little bag to store the blanket and a few knick-knacks. It isn't really functional as a pillow, and it isn't the highest quality, but it will take the nip off of you when you're on an airplane.

I travel by air several times per week. Airplanes are freezing! This blanket bag is so handy. It is so soft! As a bag, it also holds my sleep mask and neck pillow. What's even better is that it doesn't count as a carry on... because its a blanket!It is also great to take to outdoor events like concerts, picnics and sporting events.It does take me some time to fold it back into a bag but I still love it!

The outer bag is quite roomy, large enough for the blanket along with some other items. (One note: it is shown as a shoulder bag in the promo, but it is collapsibly soft, not rigid like a briefcase.) The belt makes it easy to attach to a carry-on, and also easy to unclip before stowing. Once seated, you can use the bag like a throw pillow, then pull out the blanket when needed. The blanket is super soft and warm. There are two large pockets sewn into the blanket which are useful for keeping things like a Kindle or magazine on your lap and off the floor. When it’s time to leave the plane, everything packs up easily.When not traveling, the blanket makes a perfect throw to keep you warm while sitting at home reading or watching outdoor events. I am always surprised by how warm it is considering how light it is. I’m glad to have it and I can think of a couple friends who would love one as a gift.
