is this compatible with the ARC notebook system?

I purchased YOMENT Discbound notebooks because they were out of TUL Notebooks. I have found that they are compatible with TUL System Notebooks. As for ARC Systems it appears to be a similar system as TUL and YOMENT.

If you remove a sheet of paper can you insert it elsewhere in the notebook or will it fall out?

Can I order refills of the paper it came with ?

You can but make sure to count the slots. Then you will get the right size.
