Can it block loud music with deep base coming from neighbours or loud voices, and also impact noise?

I doubt it would block loud noise, especially deep bass sounds or impact sounds such as door bangs. I use brown noise for going to sleep and find all noise just seems further away and consequently less obtrusive. It works for me.

my partner bought me this back in july. its been great so far but the speaker has started to make a cackling sound. can it be replaced?

You are covered by standard warranty, and so if your partner reaches out to us we will be more than happy resolve the problem. I would in the first instance try a factory reset though. It is quite simple: 1) Unplug power adapter from the AC outlet 2) Press and hold the Power Button down while plugging power adapter back into AC outlet. 3) Continue to hold power button down for 5 seconds.

Us and uk plugs only? or is there eu (denmark) adapter also?

Currently only US and UK plugs. You will need an EU plug adaptor to use in Denmark for the time being.
