Comfort for Wheelchair Users
I bought this product to give my husband a more comfortable space to rest his elbows when he's in his wheelchair. He has dementia and tends to lean to one side some days, and this helps keep him upright. It out-performed my expectations for both comfort and functionality. I started with one but was so pleased I ordered a second for the other side. The cover zips off for cleaning. The multiple ties keep it where it belongs. I cut off the elastic on the top as he doesn't need it. The manufacturer sells faux sheepskin covers that make it even more comfortable. Considered many products but glad I selected this one.

Works well
My Mother suffered a massive stroke and this has really helped her. It keeps her arm comfortable in the wheelchair and out of the way so she does not have trouble with it. Thank you for a nice product.

Comfortable but a little awkward installation.
Once installed, the cushion is comfortable. It is easily switched from one side or the other.The straps use to attach to the charge are a bit flimsy, I suspect they will not last too long if you have to continually add/remove.The cushion can stay in place when folded.

Works great but you will need two--one for each side.
Attaches great on any wheelchair armrest and stays in place. Supports arms and hands on a soft and comfortable surface. Has greatly improved my father-in-law's posture...he kept leaning to the side after his stroke. We bought two to keep his arms and shoulders at even heights. Otherwise, one side would be higher than the other.

Cannot use it on my patient's wheelchair due to poor quality.
The base of the product is a decent design, but the cover fabric is flimsy and easy to tear. Instead of mounting directly to the armrest bar by amount, the cover has 5 locations with string ties that do not hold the product securely in place. The velcro arm strap that was attached to the cover fabric tore loose within 2 days of use. The fabric near the top of the armrest became shredded within 3 weeks. I purchased this for my patient that has left-side hemiparesis and the design is good but the cover, mounting, and arm strap are of poor quality. I removed it from his wheelchair and replaced it with another product.

Excellent product
It really help with posture, this item was well worth the price. I already see the difference in hand and shoulder movement

Just what she needed
My sister was paralyzed on her left side by brain cancer. It was disheartening watching her holding her left hand while sitting in the wheelchair and seeing her arm flop around when she wasn't holding it with her other hand. After doing a lot of research I found this item and ordered from this seller because of quick shipping time. This was just what she needed. She can sit more comfortably in the wheelchair and her paralyzed arm is now secure. Every little thing that makes her final days more comfortable is worth it.
