Comfortable. Small
Very comfortable. I am a chiropractor and finding a cervical pillow that supports the neck properly is subjective at best. This pillow gives you options for back, stomach, or side sleeping. Theoption available to add a layer is good too. I think I’ll take the company up on this for both my hu by and I. It doesn’t help snoring but this was made clear in info. I do like the adjustability. It does need to be aired out if you are sensitive to smells. Over all I have been sleeping well with it. It seems to work well even if you. Neck is not long. Read directions on placement of neck and shoulders and this helps how it fits. I probably would have gotten larger size, except I have about a dozen revival support pillow I can’t use and went for the less expensive version since I purchased 2 of them. So far it’s great 2 plus weeks in.

Challenging to use if you change positions while sleeping
Overall, this is a great product. It is made well, it is supportive, and the cover is very soft. I change positions while sleeping lot, so I didn’t like that I had to flip the pillow around depending on if I was on my back or on my side.

Very comfortable
I’ve been experiencing neck stiffness as I age and regular pillows seem impossible to position and support my neck. I have only slept on the pillow one night and already my neck feels better today. It was a little weird sleeping on it at first but I had no problem falling asleep using it. I sleep both on my side and my back. The pillow itself was very comfortable and supported my head/neck quite well. I thought it would be awkward but no it was not.A regular pillowcase fits nicely, and I really don’t care if it doesn’t look like a real pillow on my bed. All I care about is whether my neck is stiff in the morning. I am looking forward to more good nights rest and will update this review if anything changes down the road.

Shape seems kind of useless
When I purchased this I thought that based on the marketing material, the divot in the middle of the pillow would help hold your head in position - it seemed like the shape had a purpose in supporting your head and keeping it in an ergonomic spot. After using this pillow for a while, I can definitely say it's a nice and comfortable pillow, but I'm not convinced it's any better than just a flat memory foam pillow. I'm mainly a back sleeper and I was looking for something that wouldn't strain my neck by being too thick. This does accomplish that to their credit, but the foam is so squishy that you can roll your head left and right just as easily as you can on a flat pillow, so it seems the low spot in the middle that looks like it's supposed to cradle your head is mainly for looks. So overall, if you're just looking for a comfortable memory foam pillow, this fits the bill. But if you were hoping for something that will help you avoid rolling your neck into uncomfortable positions, this probably won't do it.

Painful pillow
With so many great reviews, I really wanted to like this, but it wasn’t the case for me. The first night I used the pillow after 15-30minutes, I had burning back pain. It was so bad, I just had to take the pillow completely off the bed and just slept on my mattress for relief. The second night, I took out the foam insert, thinking maybe the pillow was too high for me. But it still gave me pain down my spine after a few minutes of laying on it, although less intense.I alternate between sleeping on my side and back and the instructions said to rotate the pillow for whichever side you sleep (high side for back, low side for side sleepers), but I’m honestly am not going to remember while half asleep to rotate my pillow everytime I switch sides in the bed.Pillows should not be painful or require constant adjusting for all the crazy and awkward positions we sleep in.I had to return it, unfortunately. For $40+, you would think it would be a dream pillow, the best sleep ever, but no. 😞

Love this pillow
When I first took this pillow out of the package, I thought it was to small and flat so wasn’t sure I was would like it. I let it breathe for 24+ hours. The first night I slept on it I fell in love with it! I slept better than I had for years, and my shoulders and neck did not hurt in the morning. Worth every penny, I spent.

Not worth the money /small
I ordered the standard size pillow. When I first opened the pillow, I was shocked at how small it was. I gave it a try and slept on it for about two weeks. After a couple days, I already knew I didn’t like it. It’s pretty squishy and not as firm as a pillow like that should be for neck support. And just laying there I couldn’t tell if I had my head in the right spot on the pillow. It looked dumb on my bed because it was so small. I’ve returned it.

Cervical support
I’ve had cervical fusion (neck surgery) and I can’t sleep on just any pillow. This pillow provides the support my neck needs. I ordered the standard size.
