I had a hard time finding an electric fireplace that has a mantle that feels real and looks modern. This is perfect. The faux bricks is heavy and has the feel of stone which I wanted. I absolutely love the white bricks!Please note, only the top mantle is in wood and it’s heavy and beautiful (see picture).Very easy to assemble (very little steps, follow the manual or you can also check the assembly in YouTube). Even though heavy I was able to move each part by myself one at the time to assemble.I am not showing a full picture of my assembled fireplace as I decided to paint the bottom and top black for a more modern look and do not want the image to mislead anyone on the actual color. The assembled fireplace looks exactly as advertised except the bottom portion that is lighter in real.The actual bottom portion color looks and feels like smooth concrete (see picture, this is probably a lighting nuance).Overall great product, it warms up my master bedroom. It does make a fan noise when the heater is on, and has 3 fire intensity levels you can choose from with the remote or on the item itself. It has a timer too. I just hoped it had crackling noise included.The delivery is slower than usual deliveries but this may be due to the delivery services used. It is sent through an actual professional delivery service which takes from 5 to 10 days.1 part was defective, I contacted their customer service and my issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend buying this product.

As the other reviews stated this is a beautiful fireplace! The wood mantle is real and the bricks look just as real. We’ve gotten compliments on it by those who have seen it. It’s a sturdy piece, but also easy to put assemble . We had 4 fasteners missing, so I reached out to customer service. They were quick to respond and offered compensation, but luckily we were able to find replacements quickly. Definitely recommend!

My Christmas present and I love it!!! Looks like a gas fireplace built original with our house. Very heavy and perfect. Hubby spent 90 minutes putting it together. It's exactly what I wanted in dimensions and materials. Sizable piece with mantel that matches our style. Stacked stone look with brick look in firebox. Pleased with logs as well. Very realistic fireplace. Spent 2 years looking without pulling the trigger until I saw this one. We've been using it daily since it arrived. Christmas stockings hanging on mantel this Christmas made my heart happy 😊 Shipping took 2 weeks which was way faster than we expected. One of my best purchases!

High quality, sturdy and very realistic look. Easy to assemble. Pricier than many I looked at, but the quality is evident. You get what you pay for. I love it! My only complaint is that I wish the heat output was a little more, but still very pleased overall.

We had been looking for a place for our tv as a replacement for our outdated stand. This absolutely fits the bill. It is practical and completed our living room. It is beautiful and helps heat the living room when we don't want to run our central heat and air.
