The SIDEWINDER product line is a complete redesign of the classic wrist roller. The Sidewinder Pro will not require you to attach a rope and a weight plate to the roller. Instead you choose the resistance by turning the built-in calibrated tension knob. Adjust the resistance between easy and supremely difficult. Meticulously manufactured by hand, the SIDEWINDER PRO is made of industrial steel, machined aluminum and neoprene handles. It contains no cheap plastics which can wear down and crack apart. When winding the handles, twist them with one hand or both. Use clockwise and counterclockwise motions. The handles twist smoothly and quietly. Perfect for : MMA fighters wanting the edge over their opponent on grappling.
