Follow the directions, or look it up online but, this curing salt, I've used a few times, and made some of the best ham, and other meats! Word of advise, if you're cooking the ham, after curing, give it 24 hours in the fridge, that goes for anything you use this for cause, if you dont, the meat will taste like a hint of bleach but, if you after you smoke or cook it, after curing, put it directly I to the fridge for 24 hours, then reheat it afterwards, it taste so good and delicious!
