SenaSmart HJC Helmet 50B Bluetooth & Mesh Communication System Black

HJC Smart 50B was exactly as described, New, in sealed boxes well packaged for shipment. Shipping was well communicated and timely. All in all a good buying experience.

I installed the Sena Smart HJC Helmet 50B on my Hjc Rpha 91 Combust helmet and it worked perfectly for a month. The communicator suddenly stopped playing any sound in the middle of a trip, including the messages "Hello" and "Good Bye" when I turn the device on and off, operating messages, music, directions from the cell phone's GPS and radar detection applications, etc. It appears in the list of Bluetooth devices on my cell phone, signals with the LEDs as it should, charges the battery, but I can't hear any sound through the speakers. The marathon to get support is about to begin. The device is in Brazil and I paid a lot of money in taxes. This is the second Sena device that has caused me problems while traveling. I'm quite frustrated. Think carefully before buying Sena communicators.

Audio is so bad it's unusable. Not worth 50 cents let alone 350 dollars. Absolutely laughable quality and speaks volumes about the substandard quality of products both HJC and Sena manufacture. Deplorable.
