Easy to use, the accuracy of the measurements are on point, the laser visibility is good, & when they include a carry pouch, the value of the laser is a steal. Great screen so the functionality of seeing what your doing is very easy to navigate. 10/10

SO easy to use! The only complaint I have is measuring longer distances is impossible without a strong, stable tripod. Using this tool early in the morning or late in the evening works better for those long distances. You need a little light to see the object you're measuring, but not enough sunlight to wash out that tiny dot so far away.

This laser measurement tool is accurate, easy to use, and versatile, with a great range and clear backlit display. The laser can be hard to see in bright sunlight, but overall, it’s an excellent tool. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gets accurate measurements, but doesn’t allow feet + inches. Allows inches or feet + decimals.

Some issues.I bought this for outside construction measuring but it has a few flaws.1. As you can see in the photos, you can’t see the screen in the daylight (Yes it is on in the picture!)2. The laser is red and in the photo I’m trying to measure an item just 10 meters (30 feet) away but the red laser is NOT visible at that distance in the daylight.3. The Always On or constant measuring function only stays on for about 30 seconds then shuts off the laser and stops measuring.4. Once it turns off or you turn it off it reverts to Metric the next time you turn it on, even if you have it set on Feet or Inches when it shut off.All in all its a nice looking unit but totally non functional for my needs.I returned it.

Wildly simplifies the measurement of rooms. The ability to calculate sq footage is a nice addition. The level part is a bit tricky to get a hang of because it is so sensitive.

I received one unit and although it worked in some functions, other operations were incorrect. I found that the internal angular mechanism was defective and wouldn't allow measurements of anything using an angle as part of it's calculator. In other words it wouldn't measure any vertical measurement accurately.I wrote the seller and received a response several hours later promising calibration instructions...... "the next day".... which didn't arrive. The next day, after I began the Amazon Return, I received another note from the seller asking if I wanted to return the tool. I explained that a return was already in process.The new meter arrived and I found it worked as it should. I put it through some paces and found it is extremely accurate. I then took it outside and found the laser is a bit too weak to work in bright locations. If you get more than 20 feet away, it's really hard to keep an eye on the laser dot. Yet..... when I could, it worked very well. I was able to measure building heights and even used it on some trees. As long as you can see the dot..... you can measure what you need.In Summary: Amazon made it right..... the Seller was a bit lacking.... and the tool works really well for anything inside, and for some situations outdoors.I Do Recommend the.........Laser Distance Meters,DEGLASERS 229 Feet. It is an excellent and useful tool.
