I injured my elbow (and shoulder) doing push-ups (long story). Thus far, although occasionally there is a little, quite tolerable amount of pain to injured elbow, there has been no re-injuryy, and no pain at all in the other elbow. So, I'm happy and hope it stays like this.

I purchased a larger size because I have large upper arms and they are still slightly tight around the upper arm only . They do help with supporting the arm and tendons around the elbow. They are very thick, durable and made with good quality. They are a little stiff so flexibility is a tad limited but I expected this. I have noticed that with the increase in support and stability for the elbow joint that there has begun to be an improvement in the pain in my elbow tendons.

Fits well. Very comfortable relieves elbow pain. I am able to wear this for hours without pain or discomfort. Very affordable and effective.

They are helpful. Just read the sizing chart . I'm not super muscular so the suggested size measured up to a medium. Which is right on point with what I needed. A large wouldn't offer as many benefits as the medium dose. Tennis elbow kinda really is annoying. Good luck y'all* I would recommend this item to a friend.

Ich habe mir diese Ellenbogenbandage bestellt, da ich heftige Schmerzen im Ellenbogen hatte, diese strahlten auch schon in den Unterarm aus.Ich habe mich häufig gestoßen und dieser Schmerz war dann unsagbar heftig.Diese Bandage hat mir bisher hervorragend geholfen.Das erste Anlegen war nicht so toll, weil das Gewebe natürlich noch ziemlich straff war und so nahm ich an, dass ich die falsche Größe hatte, allerdings habe ich meinen Unterarm, wie beschrieben, richtig ausgemessen, ich wollte Support, keinen Comfort.Ich habe es geschafft, die Bandage über zu streifen, kurzzeitig wurden dieSchmerzen etwas stärker, aber nach kurzer Zeit verspürte ich Besserung.Zur Nacht nehme ich die Bandage ab.Durch die Kompression wird alles gut durchblutet und man ist bezüglich seiner Bewegungen sehr viel vorsichtiger und schont den betroffenen Arm sehr viel bewusster.Ganz toll finde ich die Gelpolster, die bei Stößen schützen.Ich trage die Bandage nun den dritten Tag in Folge und spüre eine deutliche Besserung, sicherlich sind die Schmerzen noch vorhanden, aber sehr viel besser.Die Bandage ist robust und waschbar.Beim Anlegen der Beschreibung flogen und bei der Auswahl der Größe auf Comfort oder Support achten.Ich würde diesen Artikel wieder kaufen und kann diesen nur empfehlen.Preis Leistung ist top.Sollte keine Besserung eintreten ist der Gang zu einem Arzt sicherlich unumgänglich.Gute Besserung.
