Q: How do you make it a circle? Does not make a round shape.

There are two poles, like those that you would use to assemble a tent, that you stick in slots ones, a top arch that’s goes into the slots of the freestanding poles. The other is a bottom arch that goes into two other slits that are in the freestanding pools.

Q: I would really like to know if it can hold a cover?

Yes , as long as it’s big enough for the stand. You can Attach the cover with clips used for backdrop stands

Q: How sturdy is the circle. Does it click together?

I haven’t used it as a full circle yet. Only the arch and it was sturdy

Q: Can this hold a cover?

Maybe it could but it would need to be secured to something like a post or a tree if you have even a slight breeze. Even the balloons were a little much for this once the winds started. We secured one side to a tree and it was fine after that.
