A Counterfeit Conspiracy: An Alan Wang Mystery (Alan Wang Mysteries) Paperback – March 7, 2016

Detective Alan Wang seems like a cross between an innocent Forrest Gump and a clever, young Charlie Chan on steroids with a husky Samoan-strand thrown in for good measure. Don’t get caught between Wang and a hearty breakfast, it could get ugly. Not your usual homicide detective. Likable characters and well-written prose make this a fun read.

I fully enjoyed reading both the Alan Wang Mysteries to date, and I am looking forward to #3. They are well written and I enjoyed meeting each new character as they came along. I look forward to the next book in the series!!

I loved it! Characters are described in great detail so you feel a connection with them. They are introduced to the story as it unfolds so the flow is not lost. The author brought you right into the drama and made you connect with the adventure Detective Alan Wang was on, while keeping the suspense just out of reach....a real page-turner. Can't wait for the sequel!
