These prints were even better than I expected. Good quality paper. I would definitely buy from them again.

The prints were processed on the horizontal instead of the vertical so they cut off part of my grandson's head. They went into the garbage. Waste of money.

I ordered several hundred prints of pictures from my wedding. Spent over 3 hours uploading all the pictures in the appropriate numbers and sizes so that I had everything I wanted and there were extras for friends and family to give as Christmas presents this year of many of the shots of us with various friends and family groupings. The 5x7 and 8x10 photos came out fine. However the 4x6 pictures are horrible. Weirdly cropped (even though I only did cropping on 2 or 3 of the 300+ pictures submitted, funky coloring on peoples teeth and mouths, and worst of all every single horizontally oriented photograph came out printed as if it were a vertically oriented photo with over half the picture cut out on either side, and what little there was is awkwardly blown up to fit the space.However, I immediately contacted the seller, and was contacted back within the hour. Apparently there was basically a software glitch that caused a malfunction, and they reprinted all my pictures and sent the new ones and everything was exactly as ordered when it arrived. So while there was quite a bit of unnecessary stress, everything ended up working out OK. I was very pleased with how quickly and pleasantly they resolved the issue upon being contacted.
