I just got these yesterday so I've only been taking them for 2 days, let me tell you I can tell a difference already. I only take 3 capsules a day, I take them in the morning today is the 2nd time I've taken them & my cravings & eating habits are changing. So far they seem AMAZING & I'm looking forward to see what else changes over the next coming weeks. UPDATED 8/6/24. Ok so I've been taking them for a month but only 3 capsules a day and let me tell you this product works for me so well, I'm not falling asleep as soon as I sit down like I used to plus my mood is so much better & my sweet cravings have disappeared. By itself, it only helped a little. I also take it daily with Solaray's ashwagandha (which is supposed to help the thyroid). Together I get a difference and it helps -- still not a miracle -- but they help.

This just wasn't for me. I'm 39, and I think I'm entering perimenopause, and I've had some irregular cycles. I thought this might help. I think it actually contributed to hot flashes (I have been running really hot in bed at night) and I believe it is the reason for my recent HEAVY period. This supplement has been the only change in my diet, and my recent period has been CRAZY. I'm emptying my diva cup or changing a super tampon every hour to hour and a half, and I'm on day SIX. Also, I'm passing serious clots, which is very unusual--anywhere from nickel to quarter-sized. I did some research and found that increased estrogen can contribute to a thicker endometrium layer, and thus, the clots. Something to consider before taking this supplement!
