It works!!
I struggle with jet lag so I thought it was worth a shot to use this kit on a 10 day trip to Portugal. It worked like magic! I didn’t have any issues with jet lag when I got to Portugal or when I got back to the US so I didn’t miss any of my vacation or need any down time to recover. I have recommended this product to all of my friends and I gifted a kit to my daughter when she traveled from NYC to Sweden. She reported no jet lag issues, either. If you follow the directions and use the app, it works like a dream!

The Jet Lag Game-Changer I’ll Never Travel Without Again
Miles traveled: 7,000+Flights: 5Cities: 5Days: 5Jet lag?: Absolutely none.Jet lag never used to be an issue for me—until I hit 40. Suddenly, it became my Achilles' heel. Whether I was crossing time zones for speaking gigs or heading back home, I knew what my body was in for—exhaustion, foggy focus, and that inevitable crash. I’ve even had pneumonia a few times when the travel was rough. But this last trip? Completely different. Enter FlyKitt.I had 5 days packed with 3 speaking events, back-to-back flights, and barely enough time to catch my breath, let alone a full night’s sleep. Here’s how my schedule broke down:Monday: Flew from IAD to SAV, then drove to Hilton Head for a speaking gig.Wednesday: Drove back to SAV at 3 a.m. for a 6 a.m. flight to BWI. Spoke in Baltimore, then hustled to IAD for a 6 p.m. flight to San Francisco.Thursday: Hit the ground running in SF for another event, followed by a red-eye back through Chicago, landing at IAD.Sounds like a surefire recipe for jet lag, right? Not this time. I had FlyKitt in my corner, and here’s what happened.Easy to Use, Easy to WinFlyKitt wasn’t just effective—it was stupid simple. I barely had to think about it. The instructions were clear, the dosing foolproof, and their app made the process seamless. The only thing I noticed is that it’s not an instant fix; it does take a bit of discipline to follow the protocol, but honestly, it’s nothing compared to dealing with jet lag the old way.I tracked my sleep and readiness using my Oura ring throughout the trip, and guess what? My scores stayed steady. Normally, after one or two time zone jumps, those scores would tank, but I was still in the game—focused, energized, and never hit that post-flight wall.Science-Backed, Life Force IntactI’ll spare you the deep dive into how FlyKitt works—just know it’s legit. It’s not about popping a pill and hoping for the best. This is science-backed, precision-packed recovery at its finest. FlyKitt kept my life force intact. I didn’t just survive the week—I thrived through it. When I got home, instead of crashing, I went straight to a block party with my family. And days later, I still felt great. No sickness, no lag.Final Verdict: Never Flying Without It AgainFlyKitt isn’t just another travel supplement—it’s a game-changer. It’s reasonably priced, easy to use, and did everything it promised. If you’re a frequent traveler, trust me—this is the one thing you need in your carry-on. I’ll never step on a plane without FlyKitt again. My life force is worth it.

Works beautifully!
Took a flight to Tokyo I don’t sleep on planes and I get really affected by jet lag. I followed this program to a T and it worked beautifully. Thank you again.

Save yourself $100. It doesn't work.
I really wanted to like it but it did not work.I downloaded the app and followed the instructions to a T.When it said pop a pill, I did. When the flight attendant woukd bring meals, I declined and waitiled until it was time to eat on the app. I made sure I did everything it said to do for my 13 hr flight. Sadly when I arrived in Germany, I hit a wall of foggyness and I was exhausted. I thought I wouldn't have jetlag but sadly, I did.Now for the return flight.I tried it again. Did everything the app told me to do and again, for the past 3 days I'm waking up at 3am wide awake and dragging my feet everywhere. This might work for some but not for me and I wasted $100.

Amazing! It actually works!
For my recent trip to Tokyo, I picked up one of these kits. I was initially skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it eliminated almost all of my jetlag symptoms. I didn't think it would work, but I was able to jump right in and adapted surprisingly quickly to the new time zone! I don't think I'll ever travel internationally without it again!

Excellent
Worked great on a multi-leg run to Europe for 10 days.

worked going east, not going west (back home)
worked on first leg of trip, not the return. First leg overnight flight Orlando to London. Arrived at 5:30 AM london time went straight on with my day. Never felt tired or groggy or sluggish. Went to bed that night on time and the next was just as good. But not on return. it didn't have me taking the same capsules which i found strange. this was day flight and the glasses are supposed to worn in low to no light which is impossible with all the shades up. upon arriving back in Orlando I was already tired and foggy headed. Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs I definitely felt extremely jetlagged. I email company and their explanation for few capsules was flying west its a different circadian rhythm so different capsule. I am glad I was flying west on the first leg because I would not have wanted my first 4 days in Britian to be like it was returning home. I guess I would buy again if flying east? But it seems like a waste of money to only have it effective half the trip.

Reformed skeptic
I’m a retired medical professional that travels a lot. 350,000 miles last year. My previous favorite drugs for jet lag were prescription and not good for you. So when this popped up on my feed, I thought “won’t hurt to try”.A few days before my trip to Bhutan I downloaded the app. Received the FlyKitt- what a bunch of bunk! A few shrink wrapped pills and a pair of glasses in a really fancy box. I’ve been ripped off! But the app told me to start with a certain pill, and I did….A few days later I was running around in Nepal feeling the same level of energy and alertness that I had when i popped that first pill. I’d slept well on the plane, wore the glasses as directed, followed all the recommendations which wasn’t hard since they’re common sense, and eaten as directed. Nothing is earth shattering. All the supplements are safe and sensible. It’s the combination of advice, timely reminders (set for the time zone to which you’re traveling) and appropriate supplements. The app is good- not clunky or glitchy, and the pill packs easy to carry during travel. Now if only the glasses were cuter….
