I had a different one, but decided to try an alternate style and will be keeping this one in place.The ring light is bright and smoothly diffuse. The remote can toggle 3 different color temps, but even better yet: it can smoothly blend in between warm and cool! Many devices only give you 2 or 3 presets, but this one can be fully adjusted to match the other lights in your room perfectly. Additionally, the dimmer setting smoothly goes from 100% brightness down to maybe 15-20%. Really easy to adjust.The fan has two speeds, both move a lot of air for being a small fan. In my situation, it's installed in a recessed ceiling can, so the fan vibrates the fixture a bit making it somewhat noisy. But the fan motor itself is not too loud. No more than any other table top fan of this size. You can also turn the fan on/off independently of the light.I think this would be a really cool use in a multi bulb floor lamp to add some airflow to a room, if not in a ceiling socket. Definitely a nice addition to a garage light socket, or maybe in a restroom.The fan also has a spot to place a scented disc in the middle, and this could be useful for adding your own essential oil for diffusing. The included disc is just labeled cologne, but has a really nice subtle fresh scent.Lastly, the remote is infrared and does not have app control, but otherwise easy to use to control all functionality. I really like the variable adjustments to color temp and brightness, and fan speed. It also has 3 timer settings.Overall a great value for the money, and would recommend!

I have a finished garage that I heat in winter. All my heat would stay up on the ceiling. But I installed two of these in the corner and now my heat is moved through out the space evenly. Made a big difference. And they run very quiet.

Arrived ahead of schedule. Double boxed.Installation of the unit with an extender was easy no problems.Tested all the features on the remote except the timer. They all work great (see caveat #3 below).I like all the light options. It is plenty bright enough for me. The fan works well. Since I sit less than five feet under the fan it is plenty strong enough to blow cool air on my head, which is preferable to blowing the air in my face like the fan this is replacing.Caveats1. The inner box was not sealed.2. The batteries were dented so I chose to use Amazon batteries instead.3. Using the remote with the TV on changes the TV channel in addition to making a change to the fan/light unit. The TV, fan/light unit and remote are all in close proximity to one another, less than five feet apart. I don't know how far apart they would have to be for the TV channel not to change when I use the remote or if this happens only with using certain buttons on the remote.I have also experienced this unintended consequence with another remote unit. Turning on my bedroom air conditioner can also turn on the TV in my bedroom.

The media could not be loaded. Replaced the need for a ceiling fan (just in that one spot, but it does a perfect job). Everything is adjustable with a remote so you dont have to stand up. It can be set anywhere from dim to bright, and from yellow to full daylight. The fan-light neck can bend to point at you, the fan is quiet and powerful and adjustable from low to high and anywhere between. The angle of the fan blowing from above is the best angle, which I didn't know until I got this. Don't need to buy a fan, nor do I need to find somewhere to place it to point at me. It also has timers. All you do is unscrew a light bulb, and screw this in. Done.

Installed it in my back patio and works perfectly m, it’s a great size, doesn’t really make noise, you can adjust the brightness to your preference. Easy instillation, it’s for sure great quality for the price.

I love that the fan has so many settings to choose from and the lighting sets the mood. Very satisfied and especially happy with the price. No noise and easy installation.

We originally bought this little fan for the donkey house, so the donkey would have some ( light and) air circulation with this warm weather, without being spooked from noise ( that normal fans make. But before we had it installed , our AC went out; the little fan was a life saver at the dinner table when temperatures in our house were up to 82 degrees . The extra extension rods will be perfect to bring it down from the peak of the donkey house roof.We are considering buying a second fan : easy to adjust light brightness and fan speed.

Needed this for a part of the basement that does not have any airflow and works perfectly. Stronger than I thought for the size and the light can be very bright! It is also quieter than I expected
