it is a strong unit for my weed whacker but one bad thing is the metal bolts that hold the brush on if you angle it wrong it will hit the ground but besides that it gets the worst dirt and snow out of the way for the price and ome owners model it is extremely strong and durable

For Crafstman fine, for universal some modification may be needed.
Good product, however not quite universal unless you take about 1/4" off the insert when dealing with Ryobi products. This is easy with a dremil saw. It is metal so be careful of sparks.If purchased for a Craftsman then it should work great out of box.
