Q: Is the tab length included in the 95”?

The curtains I got are 85” from tab to bottom of panels

Q: Are the tabs velcro or do you slide them on the rod?

No, they aren't velcro, you slide them on the rod. I found them a bit long for my taste, so I tied a small knot at the top of each tab to make it a bit shorter so as not to have too much distance, however, I didn't use a rod. I took an old piece of board and distressed it, then attached coat hooks to the board and looped the tabs onto the hooks, which accounted for why the tabs were too long.

Q: Are the eggshell curtains sheer or semi sheer?

All the curtains I got are sheer. You can see through them
