Delicious, quick, and consistent espresso every time
Pretty great experience! Much more consistently delicious espresso with a hep of foam on top. I'm coming from a cheap barebones espresso machine that just boiled water to pressurize through the coffee grounds, often leaving the flavor burnt and overly bitter. This has a quick preheat cycle to 198 degrees and pressure pump so a double-shot cup is ready in 37 seconds. I don't care to steam my milk, so I don't care about the frother. My only improvement would be to put the water tank next to the machine so I don't have to reach around or fight with the overhead cupboard.

Ease of use
The media could not be loaded. My last espresso machine (not this brand), started to leak last week and I decided to buy this Neretva Model PE3670U Espresso Machine, and have had it for only two days. So far so good. It is simple to operate and makes great coffee. As with many other espresso machines, there are trials and errors and adjustments to get it to work to your satisfaction. The only thing that I don't like is that if you forget to turn it off after you are done, it takes 30 minutes for it to shut itself done. The Instruction manual does not say how to manually turn off the machine. If you just press the "ON" button, it will start brewing since the "ON" and "One Cup" brew are one of the same. To turn off, hold the "ON" button for 2-3 seconds and it will turn off.

WORTH the MONEY!
So after reading reviews I figured I take a chance considering the price point. The machine works like a champ. A couple of reviews mentioned an E2 error and complained the unit stopped working. However, the manufacturer enclosed specific instructions on how to clear this error. So I put the unit through multiple brews and frothing to generate the E2 error. It appears the error occurred after the frothing band got clogged. Following the manufacturer’s instructions I cleared it and continued brewing great espressos. This unit is an excellent value for the money!!!! Considering you could spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars for a higher end unit that will not brew a higher quality espresso.

Compact Power House
It's built very well and produces great espresso with awesome crema. I just want to highlight a couple things.PRO'S:Great espressoVery good cremaHeats up quicklyPretty easy to operateCONS:Very loudFrothing milk can be tricky, takes practiceCould use a little more head room for taller mugs.If you want an Americano, you will have to heat water separately. Conclusion:If you're morning rush includes copious amounts of coffee, do not get this model. This machine produces excellent espresso with a little practice. Frother can be tricky, needs a little practice. You'll need a separate container to transfer espresso to a larger cup for cappuccino, lattes and Americanos. If you don't mind spending a little extra time and effort into it, this machine will definitely work for you. I have the luxury to put in the time and effort, so this machine works excellent for me. Definitely worth the money, it's a powerhouse machine on a much smaller scale.

Horrible experience
I had a bad experience with this coffee machine. At first, it worked perfectly fine. However, after using it three or four times, it displayed an error and stopped making coffee. I contacted Amazon to get the manufacturer’s information so I could figure out why it was giving me an error and fix the product. Unfortunately, Amazon provided incorrect information. The phone number they gave me belonged to Trader Joe’s, and the website they sent was not related to coffee but to artisanal bread. I called Amazon again, and they ended up replacing the coffee machine.

Im Impressed
I have a DeLonghi espresso maker that I love. Makes the best espresso's but I need another espresso maker for a summer rental property I have. But the DeLongi is about $300 and kinda tricky. I thought Id try this one and it was only $95. It almost looks the same as my DeLongi and its much easier to work with. And the espressos I have been making taste pretty damn good. The frother may be even better. So I'm impressed.

Exceed my expectations!!
I bought it several weeks ago. Although it is soon to write how long it will last. So far I have been completely satisfied with the taste of Espresso it makes for me. It can make a shot as small as 30 cc ( 1 oz) which is good for an Espresso martini as well!. It is more elegant than I expected. As slim as its pictures show. The package was intact and sealed. I don't understand some people complaining about its noise. It never bothered me. Five-star review well deserved !!
