Great book! It gave me a lot of ideas.

So, when you first start reading this book you may think it is a rewrite of "Traction", "The Exponential Organiztaion", and a number of others (all great books). This is where you need to keep reading. After you get into it, you'll quickly realize it was written by someone who has done it. Someone who knows the "woo-woo" stuff that really doesn't work and provides a workshop designed for results. The whole Operating System for business is something most people "get". Distilling it down to the needed elements and marching you through every step is a place most people never reach. Good on you, Ryan!

Felt like a more generalized version of Traction. But good read, recommend for any operator who is building sans operating system.

I have read at least a dozen books on all things business in the last few years and Ryans book is probably the most relevant book I have read. It gets straight to the point and actually tells you how to implement a system to scale your business. You can tell right away he has been through the grind and knows what every entrepreneur goes through. Highly recommend this book!

This book is the playbook for exactly where I am in business right now. The author does a great job of nailing the exact problems that entrepreneurs face once they reach the first level of business success, and he masterfully creates a roadmap for how to break into the next level. Wonderful book that will inspire business owners for decades.
