Love it! Easy install, sensor works great.
We are almost two weeks in with this faucet installed and we love it. It was really easy to install, the instructions could be better. Removing our old faucet was harder than installing this new one.The sensor is run by AA batteries (not included). We installed fresh Duracell’s and the sensor works fabulously.Make sure the faucet handle is in the off position when installing the sensor box. The sensor wiring under the sink will trigger the water to turn on and off, each time it is touched. It is very sensitive, therefore must be installed somewhere out of the way of other objects touching it.For the touch sensor to work, the faucet handle has to be on. For a default setting (for soaking, rinsing, hand washing), we positioned ours with half power and in the warm position and leave it there. When washing items, I touch to turn on, then adjust to higher pressure and warmer water. When I’m done, I put it back to the position we like it at for rinsing, hand washing.Alternatively, the sensor can be left on, and the water can be fully controlled by the faucet handle (like a traditional faucet). I don’t use this function, and don’t know if leaving in the on position will drain the batteries quicker. The only thing I don’t like is, when washing a large amount of dishes by hand, the faucet automatically shuts off after 5 mins. This is a great safety feature, but not the best when you’re in the middle of scrubbing something. I just raise my arm and touch the top of the faucet with my dry wrist or arm to get it going again. The pull down sprayer works great and is really long, it reaches the bottom of our sink.Another annoyance is when cleaning the faucet, if you touch the faucet (anywhere but the baseplate), the water will turn on. I turn the faucet handle off during cleaning. If your hands are cold, the sensor is less sensitive. I usually use my wrist to turn it on and off, since my hands are usually cold during the winter. I also use my wrist because it is cleaner than hands.Overall, we love it. It is large and beautiful and works great. I will update if we ever have a problem.

An upgrade for us
Got the Brushed Nickel model for the kitchen, replacing an older faucet that was a little smaller and beginning to drip with the handle in the off position. Removing the old faucet was a royal PITA - accessing the nut under the faucet (tight space, existing hoses etc.) So I really appreciate that they use the newer method using the threaded plate with screws to make the final tension adjustments. Not sure why the vendor didn't use quick connect style ends on the C/H water line hoses rather than threaded ends they provide. They did use the quick connect ends on the pullout hose that feeds the faucet. But even with the screw in hoses, installation was a snap. The "touch" feature of the faucet uses 4 AA batteries, connects to a wire housed coming from below the faucet. The under sink/cabinet area with already busy with the drain / disposal, dishwasher line, water filter, and "insta-hot" systems. Mounting the battery box that supports the touch feature to the cabinet wall is hopefully the last thing that will be needed under the sink, there isn't really room for much more.To use the touch feature, the temperature placement of the handle must be placed in the desired position, and water flowing... and then touch the neck, the water shuts off. Subsequent touches will resume the flow, and the temperature will return to the desired setting. My wife likes the feature while cooking, and is far to cautious to leave it in use beyond when cooking - fearing it might activate unattended. Probably a better safe than sorry attitude - but likely not needed. I do like the touch functionality. The faucet neck is a few inches taller than the old faucet and I find that to be another benefit of this one.The basic functionality of the nozzle (spray / stream), and flow rate seems normal / as expected. It doesn't leak, is more attractive, and has the touch function ... all of which make this an appreciated upgrade in our kitchen.

Convenient touch-activation
The touch-on convenience is super cool. Just a simple touch activates the water flow, making rinsing and cleaning a breeze. I love that it automatically stops after 3 minutes, saving water and promoting eco-friendliness. The chic brushed nickel color adds a stylish touch to my kitchen, and the included soap dispenser keeps things organized. Adjusting water temperature is easy with the single-handle design, and the 17-inch pull-out hose makes daily kitchen tasks effortless. The multi-functional pull-down spray head offers three modes for different needs, and the premium stainless steel construction ensures durability. Installing it was a piece of cake, adapting seamlessly to my kitchen setup. Overall, it's a fantastic addition that combines style, functionality, and convenience.

Sturdy and heavy duty
Not sure how long these last, but it does seem sturdy and heavy duty. This is my first one so I’m hoping that last a long time. I will update the review later. In the event it doesn’t get past six months. But I see no reason for this not to last that long Seems pretty perfect
