Great ice maker!
At first I was skeptical due to the large price difference for ice makers this size. However, I am ver satisfied! It produces plenty of ice for my needs. I can fill up a Yeti 65 and still have enough ice to create 3 or 4 bags. Ice produces quickly (approx 15 mins/cycle) and takes a few hours to completely fill bin. Very happy so far! Only disappointment is the inline filter cracked and leaked right after installation. Not a big deal, I went to Lowes and purchased another for $50 and quickly installed. Honestly, I think our pressure is probably a little too high for the plastic inline filter included. One last plus, packaging was very good. Especially coming from China!

Fast freezing,
The media could not be loaded. I like the performance and speed of the ice machine. It works very well and freezes quickly. It produces enough ice for us and saves money on the ice for our restaurant.

Very nice unit.
Had a couple of small issues to begin with. Due to time zone issues be prepared to wait for customer service. But they are top notch when they do. Gave great assistance. Unit is working great.

The media could not be loaded. wow 😀I just received the ice machine and couldn’t wait to share it with everyone. My husband has so many friends that they have dinner together every week. As a result, there is not enough ice cubes🧊 every time and I have to go to the store to buy a lot of them. I talked about this topic with my friends. That's when she gave me this advice. This ice machine is suitable for us. It is not big and does not take up too much space.

The media could not be loaded. I bought an ice machine for my dessert shop. It makes ice very quickly. It is very quiet during the ice making process. There is no noise. The size is just right and it does not take up a lot of my space. It is also very special. Easy to clean, very satisfied
