Incredibly bright!
I was not expecting the level of quality of these lights, as they were not expensive. They seem built to last and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Bright, but low quality connections to frame
The lights are very bright. They have tempered glass front, but wish there was a grid on front to prevent accidentally breaking if unit falls over or construction debris. Top handle is yellow and thus does not match orange frame. The tripod has plastic connector in center and does not move up and down easily even with screw loose. Wish there were handles to adjust screws to tilt lights. I had to loose bolt enough so I could adjust the light. Good value for the home owner but don't feel built for the professional. The tripod had multiple pieces to screw together on the legs. Makes it compact to store but could come loose with constant use. Cable and connections look durable. It would be better if each light had separate cable into a y so easy to swap out if needed.

Shine On!
Great lights! These are ultra bright and very sturdy. This is second set that I have purchased.

Compact sturdy light and operates cool
This little light has caused me to toss out all my last remaining incandescent/halogen work lights. The heat they throw off and the space they take up is just not worth the hassle anymore. This little light is great, within its limitations. It folds flat and has a nice heavy cord. The leg, when folded down, is indexed so you don't have to crank down on the thumb screws to tighten it. There are several detents, so you can choose the angle you want. The lens also swivels and can be tightened. This would be great for small area lighting, especially if you are forced to have your body close to the light--because this gives off very little heat. The light is pretty blisteringly bright and harsh, but that's the tradeoff you get with a light with high output. Bring along another supplemental task light that will be a bit easier on the eyes, but light the whole area up with this easily.

Everything you'd expect for auxillary lighting
Meets all expectations. I deleted one start becasue the unit arrived with a broken ferral where the power lead enters the main light.

Upgrade from old Halogen, mostly
Remember the days when you could cook an entire lunch off the heat from one construction light? Me too. Luckily for us, the future is here and LED work lights abound.Stuff you like: light weight, easy to pack and carry, waterproof IP66 (See Below), lights a space well, bright, hang it or tilt it. low power consumption.Stuff you should know: gets hot, but dissipates heat quickly. Clocked it at 170F+ in a small area around the top center of the light. This is a good light, not great, and uses to much plastic for the some of the parts. Example: the hinges and tightening bolts should have been metal. I'm sure these plastic ones won't make it 6 months. That being said, I'm sure I can cobble together some metal ones with wing nuts or something. Considering the alternative and it's cost, I'll keep it and abuse it for a while. Let you know how it holds up.FYI: IP66: That's a 6 on dust (Dust Tight No ingress of dust; complete protection against contact.) and a 6 on waterproofing (Water projected in powerful jets (12.5mm nozzle) against the enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effects.).All the best.

This thing is bright!
I have a bunch of older halogen tube style worklights; they're bright, but they seem to put off as much heat as they do light, so I decided to replace one with this LED worklight to see how well it works compared to the old school worklights.I think it's going to be tough to use anything other than LED from here. This light is super light, folds down flat for easy storage, and puts out a ton of light. If anything, in some cases it's too bright, because if you make the mistake of looking at it, even a glance, you'll be seeing stars for a little while.I don't know that I would use this on a job site every day; I'm not sure it's built to take that kind of abuse. But for the occasional home use, it's more than adequate. It would be nice if they had built in a way to dim it, even if it was just a couple dimmer settings like 50% and 75%. And if I had to nit pick, the switch is located on the bottom of the light and is stiff enough (in part because it's a waterproof switch covered in rubber) that there's basically no way to turn this on one-handed. You'll have to hold the light with one hand and use the other to push the switch in.

Different Color??
The light works well. We received a yellow handle on one of the lights rather than all orange which is strange.
