It's been called the Strangest Secret ! Buddha declared that, “The mind is everything. What you think you become.” “You become what you think about all day long” is how Ralph Waldo Emerson expressed it. In The Strangest Secret , the only personal development recording ever to receive a Gold Record, Earl Nightingale reveals that the secret is “You become what you think about." Using that principle, you can create an entirely different world than you live in today. Bruce Lee returned to the United States at the age of 18 with $100 in his pocket and the idea he often quoted that "As you think, you become." By the time of his early death a scant 14 years later, he had become a major motion picture icon and the father of mixed martial arts. Your subconscious mind is responsible for just about every major thing in your life. You don’t have to consciously think about breathing, your heart beating, walking, or how to properly digest and metabolize the food you eat. Without the cooperation of your subconscious -- the deep recesses of your inner self -- change can be difficult to impossible. You might consciously have tried to lose weight. But if your subconscious mind was fixated on fattening food and how difficult exercise was, the experience was probably a challenge or a dismal failure. Therefore, changing one or more aspects of your life can’t occur until you affect change on your subconscious. In You Become What You Think About: How Your Mind Creates The World You Live In , Vic Johnson will take you step-by-step as he shows you how to harness and use the power of directed thought in your life. It is God our heavenly Father's principle, not Budha. don't believe me, go read Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

Practical, life-changing advice
Vic Johnson is not elaborate. He is not wordy. He is practical and straight-forward and that is exactly what his readers need. If you want a very applicable book that will change the way you go about your life, give this a read. I read it over 8 days, one chapter at a time and it got me to where I needed to go in my inner life.

You Become What You Think About
You Become What You Think About by Vic Johnson, a compelling guide to the transformative power of thought, action, and emotion in shaping your life. Mr. Johnson is an international expert in goal setting and host of the popular TSTN show Goals 2 Go. He is also the Founder of TheChampionsClub.org, AsAManThinketh.net, and Goals2Go.com, This new thought/self help book was written in 2014. The book features nine engaging chapters designed to captivate readers from beginning to end, leaving no room for disappointment. Blending timeless wisdom with practical strategies, it delves into the powerful relationship between the mind and the reality it shapes. Inspired by figures such as Buddha and James Allen, the author, Johnson, presents the mind as both the farmer and the soil—where the conscious mind sows and cultivates thoughts, and the subconscious nurtures them into the outcomes of our lives. By harmonizing thought, belief, and action, readers are empowered to take control of their destiny. Here are my concluding thoughts: The book’s timeless message, “You Become What You Think About,” inspires readers to take charge of their lives, one thought at a time. Whether you seek personal growth, professional achievement, or a deeper sense of fulfillment, this book serves as an essential guide on the path to becoming your best self. Is the book memorable? Yes. Need I say more! Rating: 5 Stars

Yes we can
