Works great for a refurb
For a refurbished laptop, I can’t complain. Saved me a lot of money since I technically need a laptop but don’t have to use it often. Plus it’s pink. Which I loved.

So far, so good. Exactly what I was looking for
I am not a huge computer user - but wanted something I could use to journal, use word, browse the web, and edit photos. This is perfect and the price point was what I was looking for. I previously purchased an HP and hated it - but this one functions well, isn't slow, and was super easy to set up. A lot of people in the reviews have mentioned they were mad it didn't come with a charger, but mine did! The thing that stands out to me the most is the battery life. It lasts SO long which is nice for using my laptop on the go. Screen quality is good (nothing fancy, but does the job). It's hard to see in the pictures but it's a rose gold color and I personally think it's very pretty!

Nice small computer
Very easy setup. It automatically transferred all my data through the cloud. I mainly use my computer to pay bills and track $ with Quicken. Works great for my needs. I do miss not having touch screen and backlit board. Very pretty color and portability. Great value.

Malfunctioning products
Laptop was in decent shape but after the third day of use the system shut down and enabled me from logging and my information was stored. Now I have to return it. Seems pretty suspect to me so I have to get my information erased somehow before returning the product. Don’t buy… selling damage products

Great for basic educational needs
Got this for my teen daughter to take online classes while traveling internationally. It has been perfect for her needs, which are simple (access online learning platforms, writing essays, internet research). It goes with her everywhere. It's relatively small and light, and has been sturdy and reliable for 4 months so far.

Works for basic needs
I purchased for size which is good and battery life which was a good option. I only use it to help with quick responses back in emails when my work laptop dies. The value for money is good. The performance on this device is a little glitchy but it still works great. Again the size is perfect for quick work on the go.

Luz parpadeante
Físicamente está muy bonita lo único malo es que tiene unas luces parpadeando que no se quitan y la apago y aún aparecen investigaré que es pareciera no ser normal
