Lightweight and easy to pack
Very lightweight. I like to carry this just in case when hiking, biking, or being outdoors. Haven’t had to use it yet and I hope I don’t but better to be prepared.

Perfect for a Stop the Bleed Kit
This is yet another review without using this product - something none of us hope to use but is invaluable in a Trauma or Stop the Bleed Kit. Having just had another refresher tactical trauma class, I realized this was missing from my kit. It should be a vital component. It is described as a quick clotting gauze, and to use it for serious trauma, it should be incrementally stuffed into the hole or cavity while maintaining pressure. Fold the remaining strip up and place on top of the wound while using firm pressure until the bleeding stops. DO NOT REMOVE OR CLOTTING MAY NOT OCCUR.I just learned in the refresher class that the blue stripe, which should be found in this product, is there so it shows up on x-rays even if the gauze is soaked with blood and not easily identified.

Very small
Like the pictures, this is a very small amount of gauze. Seems a bit expensive to me. Hopefully I never have to use it though. Going in my first aid kit at the jobsite.
