I got this for the hubbys fathers days gift a few months ago, as he’s been getting into sourdough. We’ve been using this set for everything! He says the dough whisk is nearly as fast as the stand mixer! Everything is great quality and working well

Great set for beginners
I like everything that came in here. It was everything I needed to make my 1st loaf of bread. Both of the silicone mats are very flimsy and cheap feeling.

In my sourdough era...
These tools have made my sourdough journey easier & a bit more fun. Are they absolutely necessary? Probably not, but why not use the correct tools, or tools that make the job easier? The dutch whisk, the silicone sling, the lame, with extra blades & a bowl scraper are all useful in sourdough making. The flat silicone sheet can be used for anything at all. Very handy assortment.

The kit was nice however it did not come with the dough wisk like it was suppose to.
