Excellent product⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Purchased for an 85 year old who is registered blind. The phone was easy to set up with emergency contact numbers with a one button press to access! An extra peace of mind was the SoS button in the reverse., one press activated the emergency call raising alarm should it be needed.This product was both value for money and value for safety!

Perfect for older people who struggle with smartphones. My mum has always been very active on her smartphone but as she got older and sadly was diagnosed with dementia, switching to this phone enabled her to still make and receive calls without having to think too hard. The fact it has a docking station also meant that she didn't have to worry about charging it. The buttons are nice and large for her to see and use and the programmable speed dial numbers work great.

Easy to set up and good volume, my husband wears hearing aid and has no problems with it. Haven’t used the SOS as yet!! Like the charge station. Very light weight!

Bought for my 94 year old aunt as she could no longer use her old phone due to sight issues.This is perfect for her, nice, clear screen and the big buttons are perfect for her to see.The sos button on the back is also a great idea.Highly recommended.

It's dual sim. it's a great phone for the early 2000's - attempting to sell this rubbish as a phone for elderly people is a complete fallacy. Display and actual phone is far too small. Charger base is far too vunerable to dirt and dust, and how many of our old folks use USB-C? Cheap, but a complete waste of money. Get something like a doro instead - at least they thought about it - these guys realised they had a phone with large buttons and thought that was all they needed to do. Dual sims totally pointless unless your 89 y/o granny has a sideline in nefarious stuff they wouldn't tell you about. I never answer the door when hippies turn up, I just assume they get the house number wrong.

to wacth what the order i only wanted one and you sent me two so i am sending one back for a refund as i dont need need one and it is a good littel phone wortht the moneny and easl to use and handyido like it but just not two like i said good phone

The media could not be loaded. Big buttons - and added reassurance with SOS function. Purchased for my grand mother who currently has a smart phone and never uses it, due to the complexity. This phone is basic and exactly what is required - phone calls / texts. There is a torch at the top of the phone. Large buttons easy to use and it is functional for my grandmother. I have now programmed the SOS function so that when pressed it will automatically call / text me directly. This is added reassurance that she can quickly contact someone if she fell for example.

We currently don't have a landline (like many people) and we wanted a phone for medical emergencies just incase our phones were dead or couldn't be found. I was a bit sceptical as this was so cheap but it works perfectly. Easy to use, easy to set up. We've shown our kids (aged 9, 8 and 6) how to use it in an emergency and programmed family members numbers in for this as well as showing them how to dial 999. Really happy with the purchase.
