The screws are not listed or numbered correctly in the instructions. The screws that came in the separate handle bag were the wrong ones and it’s impossible to take them off. We followed step by step on instructions with two people.

The display box is very pretty, however the screws for the door are to short so it falls off every time you open it. The tongs are a nice added touch, but they are cheaply made.

The media could not be loaded. Love this ive tried 3 different display cases and this one is just the right size for my counter looks beautifull the door is a little hard for my 9yr old to open smoothly but I have no problem with it I'd like the option to put the tong holder on the other side and ther is a small slit that air can get in but im still happy with my purchase

It came with wrong and missing nails, I couldn’t assemble it.

Excellent product and very easy to assemble.

It pretty much broke where the hinges are after putting it together. It didn't survive an hour.

The media could not be loaded. 2 tray countertop bakery display was fairly simple to assemble. Just took me maybe a little longer because I did it all by myself and had to balance a couple of pieces but not bad. Acrylic display is nice and has room for quite a bit. All we had at the time is some generic grocery store donuts to put in it. We prefer homemade snacks but I’m afraid this may constantly need to be filled as with seeing the good yummies it may be more tempting lol time will tell :)The lid opens and closes smoothly. Acrylic is nice and smooth on all edges.A great beautiful way to display your pastry cupcakes or even bread.A lovely addition to our kitchen.
