The flat screws came with sheet rock anchors that don't work. I drilled my holes exact diameter and straightand the brackets went right through the sheetrock

Get your own anchors
I don’t know how effective this product is because the anchors provided are defective and absolute trash. Now I have four huge holes in my powder room wall and no shelf until I patch and repaint the wall.
