Good size
I had a 5x8 foot net, but felt that for my lack of expertise I needed to be fairly close to the net in case I hit off the side of my club, so I decided to get a larger net so I could be further back.I do like the size, and how easy it goes together, just like setting up a small tent. If you have the room you can also store it without disassembly in, say, a garage, leaning flat against a wall, though it does want to tip over so having a tool box in front of it can help. It can also be a challenge to move like that while assembled as it has a mind of its own. Doable with one person, two people would be much easier. What I don't like is its lack of depth, making it want to try and tip over and even bend the fiberglass poles in the wind, though it does come with anchors that help a bit. Also, probably due to its lack of depth, the target cloth attaches against the back and doesn't act as much of a buffer for the back of the net (on my old net the target cloth sits several inches forward from the net and absorbs much of the ball's energy when hit). I also had an issue where the bungee cord in one of the poles broke not long after I got it. Fortunately it was near enough to one of the ends that I just restrung it with the remaining cord, but it does make me leery for their longevity. The practice mat is decent, though it arrived rolled up and needed to be left out and sort of counter-rolled to make it flat--would be better if it just folded like a trifold wallet. If you're hitting from the rough section off of concrete, it does tend to slide if you catch much of the turf. Also if you're hitting from concrete the ball lie is higher than if you were standing on a flat surface (I use a couple pieces of interlocking foam exercise tile flooring to make it more level). There is an orange rubber tee to use with the turf mat, though the item pictures show it being used upside-down. And it also comes with two actual golf balls, and four spongy balls. I personally don't care for the spongy balls because they lack the feel of a real golf ball, but they're so much quieter. Hitting actual golf balls into this net is pretty loud, not just the striking the ball but the ball striking the target cloth.Overall I'm pretty happy with this, just wish it were sturdier with a little wind, and also hoping I don't run into any more broken bungee cords in the future.

Just as described
I got this so I can practice my golf swing and it did not disappoint. It said you can set it up indoors or outdoors and I can vouch that this is true. I keep it indoors for most of the time and then bring it outdoors during the summer when the weather is not too cold or windy. You only need one person to set it up and it comes with instructions. I definitely recommend it if you need to work on your golf swing and need to save some money.

Nice
As someone who is very much a beginner, this has a been a helpful tool. Where I live it’s often windy, so it has to be a day that’s not very windy to use it. It is a decent size, but I am a beginner, so I closer to if so I don’t completely miss. The turf mat has three levels to it so you can practice for different grass heights on parts of a real course.

Vine review - Quality material but photo of product a bit misleading
The photo of the product on Amazon is misleading as it makes the unit look bigger than it is by placing the photo of the man farther back than one can stand and still keep the ball inside the unit. Product was shipped complete. I am 80 years old and not very good at constructing things but I did figure this one out fairly easily. The golf practice unit is like putting up the new camping tents. However, inserting the bending tubes into the inserts was difficult as each piece of the 12 foot(or so) flexible rod was only about 12 inches and kept getting caught on the edges of cloth where inserted. Once the rods were in it was simple to lift. I put it in my back yard, secured it by the provided “stakes. Unfortunately the stakes were not long enough to prevent the unit from falling in a wind. Manufacturer should make stakes longer so they have a better hold. The materials making up this product were very good. Stitching, thickness and strength were all outstanding. The stakes were strong Just too short.I found the matt that was provided not easy to ise as it was folded into the shipping bag and would not lie flat for me when using the unit. I think over time it will flatten. A tee was provided for practicing driving. I found that the unit good for practicing some shots but had to stay fairly close to unit to keep the ball flight down enough to stay inside the unit. I would recommend the product only if you have a permanent place to put the practice unit.A mat is provided and special golf balls

Good quality net that's versatile and perfect for yard practice or club-meets-ball practice
We had a golf net in the past that had seen some better days, so I decided to finally replace it with this GolfGuru set. Here's my assessment:- Good for golfers at any level needing practice, including those who just need practice with the club meeting the ball (like myself)- It's easy to assemble; took me about 20 minutes. Pops open easily and sets up like a camping tent or similar items- Quality materials with durable construction overall- Large enough net for full swings with any club- Includes a starter golf mat with 3 turf types to protect your yard and golf balls of varying hardness to cater to different skill levels (and minimize potential property damage)- Also includes both normal and sponge golf ballsOverall, this is a great practice net with versatility in play location and golfer type. If it lasts me a season, sometimes being left out for a weekend, it's worth it for less than $100 (although I'd say $75 would be the perfect price for what you get). If it lasts 2 seasons, I'll be thrilled. Buy this net with confidence! It's a ball of fun for adults or kids.🙂Note: This is my honest opinion and I hope my experience with the item helps you in your decision.
